A++|AR is a multipurpose application developed by A++, International Sustainable Architecture Studio, dedicated to the visualization and interaction of Virtual Models of architecture and interior, through your IPad or IPhone.

Augmented reality is one of the most exciting technologies around. It is a live view of the real-world environment whose elements are augmented by computer-generated sensory input. A++ |AR takes the real world and adds your buildings 3D model in context to greatly assists in space planning and design visualization.  The model can be seen on a 2D set of plan (the tracker) or in front of an actual site, allowing the client to have an interactive view of the building and its interiors through simulation, flythrough and a 360°views of the interiors/exteriors, even when offline.

A++|AR has a wealth of design and construction uses beyond visualization. It can be used for design analysis to pick out clashes and inconsistencies by virtually walking through the completed model. Lets A++s architects and engineers collaborate with the client and the contractor on changes that have been happening between design and construction and it can even assist with prefabrication of building components.
A++|AR is a free addition to A++s services and a great tool to enhance your experience.

The use of A++|AR is simple:

A++|AR has three view possibilities

AR on tracker: point the camera to a tracker ( a printed plan of the 3d model) and enjoy the appearing of the 3d model on top of it. you can go closer, rotate the model by rotating the tracker or go around the model itself with your IPhone/ IPad. You can use a flythrough or walkthrough mode.

AR on site: the model will appear in the position it is intended to be built. use controls to fine tune the position of the model on site and save for later viewing. If your model has been prepared for real time shadows you can change the shadow setting and view its interaction with the sun movement through the day

360° view: a real-time interactive view of interior/exterior of the building. You can view it by physically turning your camera in the virtual ambient or by rotating the view using you finger on the screen.
